Seasonal Opportunities at Summer Camp:

Working as summer camp staff is one of the biggest impacts you can have on your life and your relationship with God.  Don’t miss this chance to learn about yourself, be a part of an amazing team, and be a role model for our campers.

Apply online thru the CampDoc.com forms here. Once you enter your email address and setup your account, enter yourself as the New Participant (if you prefer not to disclose your DOB until you are hired feel free to enter Jan 1 2017), then Click Register for New Session and select Adult from the Grade Entering and then you can select the Staff Application.  Returning Staff or if I have visited with you enter the coupon code and for Staff I would suggest you decline the Protection Plan as it is geared more toward the camper programs.  Register and Fill out the Profile for you.  If there are things you aren’t ready to answer you can log back in at anytime to update/complete your Profile.  A Background Check is required for all positions at Covenant Point.  Rob, the Camp Director, will contact you and let you know more after he has a chance to review your information.  Contact Rob at 573.295.4456 or CampDirector (at) CampCovenantPoint.org with any questions.

Cabin Leaders – 19+ years old 

Enjoy working with youth? Like being outdoors? Then we need you! At Camp Covenant Point our days are full of swimming, hiking, boating, archery, playing games, eating delicious food, singing songs, and learning about God and each other.  None of this is possible without our summer cabin leaders who help us build a solid community where youth can get away from their everyday and connect with God and one another.

For 2017, training begins May 29th and our summer programs will wrap up July 31st. Roles do vary throughout the summer from in the cabins with youth for a few weeks at a time to different levels of site support staff.  Positions are paid and also include all room and board for the summer.  We prefer you to commit to the whole summer and will give priority to those able to commit to our team and community for the whole summer but as long as you can attend Staff Training May 29 – June 9 we may work with your weekly availability so that we can maintain two Adults in each cabin.  There is a place to make note of your availability on the online Staff Application in the Skills & Certifications Section.

Individuals with lifeguard certification get an additional stipend for their training.

Support Staff – 16+ years old

Kitchen Staff, Dish Crew, Summer Maintenance, Lifeguards, and other various roles will be filled with volunteer or paid roles depending on experience and qualifications.

Summer Program Facilitator – 20+ years old

This summer we are looking for an amazing person to help Rob provide the bridge between our Summer Staff and our Program Coordinators and Partner Programs.  Contact me directly if you would like more info on this position and would like to be considered after you have filled out the online Staff Application as above.

2017 Summer Internships – 18+ years old

If your college courses are in a wide array of fields from Nursing, Public Relations or Social Media, Education, Environmental Studies, many different fields could apply to Summer Camp we will craft an internship to provide a great learning opportunity for you and benefit Covenant Point this summer.  Stipends can be provided in addition to Room and Board for the summer.  Please send Rob information about your internship requirements once you have filled out the online Staff Application as above.
